Doan Bourbon (21% Rye)
Doan's Bourbon is 21% Rye, 75% Corn, and 4% Malted Barley.
Tasting Notes:
Caramel, vanilla, fruit, dried fruit, slightly candied, slight spice
Aroma:
Vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, cream. Light rye spice in the finish.

Doan - Cocktails
Manhatten
Ingredients:
2 oz. of Doan Craft Bourbon
1/2 oz Carpano Antica vermouth
2 long dashes Angostura bitters
1 Luxardo cherry, for garnish
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with Luxardo cherry.
Old Fashioned:
Ingredients:
2 oz. of Doan Craft Bourbon
1 spoon simple syrup (1 sugar cube)
2 long dashes Angostura bitters
Orange twist
Instructions:
Combine bitters and simple syrup in a glass. Add Doan Bourbon and stir. Now add one large ice cube, or three to four smaller cubes and stir until chilled and properly diluted. (About 30 seconds.) Slip orange twist on the side of the cube.
